Sombrero, mariachis and tequila - Mexico wants to move away from such "Mexicanistic clichés" at its exhibit "Mexico - a millennium construction" and display the spectrum of its cultural life.
The pavilion invites visitors to the five different exhibit blocks to explore and share Mexico's cultural diversity. Part of the pavilion will be reassembled in Brunswick after EXPO 2000 and taken over by the College of Fine Arts.
