Luxembourg: a country with a focus on information and communication technology. Its presentation at EXPO 2000 mirrors the importance of the new technologies for Luxembourg. With the participation of the Société Européenne des Satellites (SES), which operates the ASTRA satellite system, the country presents itself as a turntable of the information society. From a "Multimedia Gallery" to the ubiquitous Internet and "Video on demand" the possibilities for receiving information and communicating it to others are almost unlimited.

A popular form of information is a short film, which has the motto "Around the world in four minutes". In a simulated flight it presents cultural monuments of the world. In addition, the dynamic economic development, the multicultural dimension of society, new environmental concepts and Luxembourg's activities in the field of development aid will be shown on a big screen.
